LX470 CEL VSC TRAC VSC OFF, humming after engine start and odd acceleration (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
I drive a 2006 LX470 with 240,000 miles. A few days ago after starting the engine, I would hear an odd humming sound which would
Go away about 1 minute later. Then, yesterday my CEL, VSC TRAC, and VSC OFF lights came on and I also noticed the car would not accelerate properly, as in it seemed to not want to surpass 25 mph.
Does anyone have any insight?
