Just got a package of new seat skins for my toy today from Shane...Smells nice, will transform the interior of my truck...Will share pics of the completed project

All original inside except the new leather, seat heaters and the stereo system. This is my baby so I take really good care of it. It goes off road on the dunes and in the mountains, just not hard enough to get scratched or dented I did add 1" to the suspension which really helped the ride and a little more clearance but I can still get into parking garages.

Not cloth, but I have a kit to replace the cloth with leather.

Shane - These look great! It got my wife all excited, but I do have to ask. Are you producing these in gray? We have a white 80 with gray interior. Would love to replace the original leather at some point and you have a wonderful product. Thanks much!

Man, those look great. I'll have to consider that for my aging gray leather. 151,000 miles on mine, no rips or tears yet but some surface cracking and not so supple. Like my bones, getting a bit stiff.

Where did you get the foam seat cushions and how much were they?

I got them from oemlexusparts.com for about $180. they are more than the LC foam but they are different so you need to make sure that you order these if you have the LX450. Cruiser Dan may be able to get these for you as well as I got most of my parts for the head, crankshaft, window seals etc from him. Great service and always the right part so I cannot recommend him enough.

Cruiser Dan cannot get the LX450 seat cushions or any Lexus specific parts. I spoke with him about this today.

I'm sold. Want to do the seats in whatever brownish (I think the same as OP) but also would like to convert all the tan leather to the same.

Wonder if that's a possibility? Before I pm and loom stupid.

I finally got the new interior in my LX 450 and it is so much better than stock. I worked with Shane (MetricTLC on Mud or aatlas1x@aol.com ) to match the color of the leather to the brown colored plastic in the interior of the Lexus. No more discoloration of the tan seats and this leather feels like a fine italian sofa compared to the plastic coated stock seats. I used tan stitching to match the door panel inserts, added a little extra foam in the center and also had Shane put in seat heaters (black buttons on the console) as it gets a little chilly during the winter in Oregon. I take great pride in my Lexus and Shane went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the interior. It is rare to get the kind of service that Shane provided me with and I cannot recommend his products enough. His goal is to have the highest quality products manufactured and it really shows in the pictures below. I have 212K miles on this beauty and now that the interior is updated, I cannot wait to put the next 100K on it! Feel free to email me with any questions that you have on the new seat covers or if you would like more pictures. If you are thinking about replacing the old leather in your Lexus, you have to consider this option. It looks amazing! Jason Hartenberger
