OEM, and good luck finding them. After 20 years of searching, I have the driver's front and two mid seats. Still looking for the front passenger and jump seats.

If you're cheap like me and the seat backs are OK, you could go with just covering the bottoms.
I bought something like this for my two front seats a couple years ago for $100 at most for the pair as I recall.

I love my Melvill & Moon seat covers. I am just now replacing mine I bought in 2016.
