hubcaps

just a couple more pics

I did install the fj55 side mirrors because they look like near-perfect fit for an lv. I would have to say, they look great, but dont function very well. They just aren't big enough or sit far enough off the body to get a full side view you are used to getting on side mirrors.

Instrument cluster from Trail Candy

Saved a stamped front bezel from another 45....always keep those rare parts.

OME shocks and leafs

Finally putting on the hubcaps I had re-chromed about six years ago. I guess it was wishful thinking back then.

AC vents for future install

Interior

Interior material is almost identical to body color. Also have two toned side panels that are completed, but not yet installed.

That is unreal!! Very nice work...

Are those actual hinge seals or urathane sealant? If they're seals, where on Earth did you get them!? I could use a handful.

Mirrors look great by the way.

I can make up some more if youd like.

"Sheds new light on Arthog's post "
I have sold a few sets, But only seen a couple people post pics of them in use.

I never liked them being open and have been threatening to try and use some black urethane sealant to seal them up. Would love a full set for all hinges they look super sharp!

Promise to post pics...:)

I'll send you a PM.....thanks!

Sweet rear bumper w/ reverse lights...is that your own design/fab skills or did you modify a front bumper?

Oh, and the 55 mirrors are better than 40/45 mirrors, you get used to the view...generally when people see a relic going down the road, they give you a wide berth.

Looking great. Thanks for reminding me about the door hinge seals. Been so long since I bought them I had forgotten. I think the 45 and 55 mirrors were the same part number. They look the same to me. You could always go with some ugly Hummer style mirrors :)
