Loose and ratting front coil bump stop (2 Viewers)

Hey everyone I have had slight rattle coming from the front end that I have deduced down to the bump stop that is in the coil. How do I tighten this up?

I saw those and checked them and they are tight. It seems to be just the bottom section that is loose.

There is a bolt through the middle of the bump stop, 12mm head I believe.
