So I took a look in the shop. It appears that I have your replacements in the front and everything else still original in the pig. What I couldn't find is the original fronts. I am pretty sure I have them though and will try to look again later today.

After further review of a photo of the backside of the OE front door panels, I previously stated I was missing a retainer hole.
This would have been on the top edge
My template shows 5 retainer holes on the top edge.
The OE photo shows 5 retainer holes along the top edge.
What made me convinced that I was missing a retainer hole, the rear door panels have 6 holes along the top edge.
With this new found info I feel better about my templates. However, I still would like to borrow/buy an OE front and rear door panel (1 each) so I can tweak the retainer holes for an easier install.
I’ve been part of this group for several years making the interior panels for the FJ55.
For the first time since I started making these several years ago, I recently received a call that the retainer holes were not aligning up for the offset retainers and I was missing one retainer hole.
Unfortunately I no longer have the OE panels I started with and need to check my digitized template and make corrections where needed.
Any help on this would greatly be appreciated and possibly could provide a set of new panels to you.
Steve - that was me and my 1969 pig. It was only a few holes that were not aligned. Not a big deal, pulled the vinyl down a bit, drilled a correct hole, then re-glued the vinyl. The panels look great!! I have the panels that came off my truck if you want them. For what it is worth, I had to drill two holes in the tailgate rubber I got from SLOCruisers. The rubber that is held on by the two steel pieces. Very weird how those holes weren’t aligned.

When I first started making these panels the cargo panels were a nightmare. Prior to 75 the retainer holes were the same on the cargo panels. From 75 to newer models they changed to a different pattern.
67-69 could have had a slightly different pattern for the door panels. I have made several sets for 69 models along with yours and did not receive notifications of fitment issues.
It should not be a challenge to mount the panels.
If you have easy access to your oe door panels can you send me a photo of the back side of one front and one rear?
You can either post them here or send the photos to my phone. Same number you called me on.
If you're still searching for front and rear door panels, I believe the ones I sent you last are still in the box we shipped them in. You're more than welcome to use them again. They're from a '71, no cargo panels though.
Here are my rear cargo panels from my 1969 pig. As you can see they are in bad shape. It looks like in some previous decade(s) a PO tried to recover with plain flat vinyl? I would assume they are original backing board but who knows. I forgot my tape measure when I went over to my storage garage so I laid down the Leatherman ruler if that helps. Final note: when I bought my pig they were not installed and were thrown in the back with a bunch of other parts.
