Greetings, been a reader for years and thoroughly enjoy the community here.

We had a 1984 FJ60 when I was a kid, but was sold and has been a conversation in their household for the past 30 years. I'm looking for a beige FJ60 to restore for my retired parents. The 45K one was amazing, but a little out of my budget.

What are your limits on the condition? Solid frame needing lower body (rear quarters/rockers) metal replaced ok?

I have some welding skills, but lest rust would be best.

No frame issues. I'm good with the rockers needing work and paint being decent.

Search facebook marketplace near Billings MT. There is a pretty nice 87 FJ60 with 144,000 on it.. Think he's asking 16,000. I talked to him but had a bit of rust and i was looking for something a little more polished.

Hi Patrick,

I have a 1984 FJ60 for sale. I'm in Phoenix, AZ and it is an Arizona vehicle with no rust cancer. It needs a little work to be fully restored (seat fabric, cracked dash pad, and a few dents). It runs well, has passed emissions here in Maricopa county, blows cold AC, new tires, tinted windows. This was supposed to be my son's daily driver, but he didn't want it and now I'm selling it to help pay for a wedding.
