only green cruiser i've ever had was green after i got rid of it (magoo). the lemon was originally white.

ricebx 3 iirc. my datsun 720 kc4x4 was the original ricebox, my 71 40 was ricebx2, so the lemon should've been ricebx3. also had ricebk (ninja), and no rice (ford).

I know. I couldn't think of a snappy retort though. I will agree on FJ40's themselves regardless of color not being boring to see.
Since we are on the subject of color. Does anyone know what was the most popular/produced color? It seems as though I have seen more white FJ40's than any other color. That is followed by Dune Beige, Freeborn Red, Smurf Blue, and Rustic Green, and the others after that. Am I far off in that? If I ever do a resto, regardless of factory color, I'll have to flip a coin between Seafoam Green and Pumpkin Orange.

optical illusion...vent window was open. i flopped it about fifty feet down the trail and the window just pushed closed...never broke.

My old cruiser. I sure miss her.
Every passenger car/ DD I've owned lately has been black and I love the look. A Cruiser looks great in black. I prefer mustard yellow or pumpkin orange but your truck is your truck. Paint it pink if you want. Screw anyone else's opinion.
