I am heading up today. going to hit the range , then set up camp. I need to leave around 3:30 and may roll back into camp around 10

Still gonna shoot for today after work. a little behind on my packing though. Worst case I leave Friday morning but I am gonna try and get there early enough so I can park the monster in the back corner again like last year. Keeps it kinda out of the way. Definitely wanna hit the range this weekend. Need to put the new AR though the paces a little.

If only my wife agreed, love what i do, but schedules suck sometime, being oncall is the worst, i start in a few weeks for a month.

Co-worker told me I should try Fish Tails across the lake for a meal. Anyone been to it?

Fish Tales is not that good. Cheap burgers and chicken breast sandwich were the only things available when we used to stay on the lake. (Stayed on my 32' for a week here and there)
But... go to the Country Club straight across the little bay from Fish Tales! Excellent Rib Eyes! Call in your order, pull up to the dock, and they carry it out to you!...... sorry don't have # anymore.

No, unfortunately the wife had already made reservations in Beaufort before I found out about this! I really want to get back to URE, we lived in Pinehurst for 6 years...... only 20-30 minutes to URE, I spent A LOT of time up there. Have fun!

Worked until 8 last night so I could get some stuff done today. Truck is loaded and ready to go. I have to stay in Greenville tonight, but I'm going to leave at 4ish tomorrow morning so I can get my camp site set up and not miss a day of wheeling. Getting excited!

I had to work late last night and just go home with the new Highlander and have to do some stuff before I am ready. Looks like I may leave early in the AM vs later today

Anyone know what time the first run is tomorrow? I will try to be there in time for it, dump my gear and jump in with a group.

@weejub 11:00am is departure times for Friday. 9:00am was too unrealistic. Should give you plenty of time to build camp before 'wheeling.

Planned to leave at 2:00 but that didn't happen. Almost 5:00 and it looks like we're almost ready to leave. ETA prolly 7ish.
