They won’t stop asking until you ditch the running boards! 😂

Yeah... while I could do fine without them, the rest of the family needs them to get in and out. So until I can afford some step sliders, the running boards have to stay....

The family might surprise you—My wife (5’4”) and three kids, (ranging from 40-48” tall) have been climbing in and out of mine without issue for almost two years, since I took the steps off a week after purchasing the 100....

Yeah, I guess technically mine COULD. One other point is that with the AHC, I was told running it without anything on the side wasn't a good idea because it would leave the AHC more exposed and prone to damage. So just going to hang tight until I either pick up some slee slider steps or @benc makes his aluminum sliders 100 AHC compatible =)

Covid vacation project:
Took off bumpers to paint white...painted side trim...took off running boards...will be installing a grille from Kelly (Landcruiser grilles) ...top notch stuff!! Still have to take off the vibration thing on the frame
