I'm not even recognizing that bracket bolted to the fender.

Must be a "[ ][ ]==[ ][ ]" instead of a "O===O" AKA something with rectangular headlights and fuel injection.

The only thing I could think of remotely in that area would be a headlight washer reservoir. The wiring for the motor of course.

i don't think the squares got the headlight washer like us cool guys.

He could still have the plug :)

The headlight squirters only work when the headlights are on. So maybe you have an accessory power source... but only when the lights are on... and there is no switch. LOL
 
Give us a year and model if its a 62 it would be the headlight washer reservoir bracket and the plug would go into it.
Yes the 62 came with washers at least here in Canada
 
Sorry bout that boys. It's a 90 fj62.
