my bad, what is the plastic tube for?

Dan should not play this game. :)

:frown:

My wife won't play trivail pursuit with me either...:frown:

The straw that broke the camel's back was "Who killed officer JD Tippett?"

Dan, it's an American spec. 80.

IIRC....

Toyota is what it is because they reduce parts costs. It costs less to build one harness that fits all and has unutilized connectors than to build and stock multiple part numbers that are specific.

Correct.

Mr Pardo will now announce Mr Romer's gift...............:bounce:

Ken, I think we're talking about the black tube...not the harness...

Man, I'm all confused now...:o

The tube is bundled in the harness Beno.

uhhhh wow, i really missed something. you said it was too small for sunroof drain, and it was a rear window washer for a vehicle with barns doors. I think i missed the joke. What is this for again?

The "tube" is really for a rear washer for a vehicle with barn doors. It's bundled in the harness and they use the same harness for multiple applications. Some 80's have side-swinging "barn" or "ambulance" doors and there is a wiper and a washer on each door.

ohhhhh i thought you were making a joke, thanks for clearing that up for me.

He ain't a parts mangler for nothin.
That tack is sharp

Rusty, but sharp. A sure recipe for tetanus....
