LED Flasher relay

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with using this type of flasher relay for the their LED blinkers? My rig is HJ60 24v rig. I'm looking at replacing the stock blinker relay with something like this, and then replacing all the blinker bulbs with LED units.

Thoughts anyone?

That looks like what I put in my Tacoma yesterday but 12v. So far so good. Proper flash rate and I've got all 4 signals as led.

For the price buy two so you have a spare in case of failure - given they are made in china...

Can't see why it would not work as long as your HJ60 uses the exact same 3 pin flasher configuration.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. I haven't really looked at what my pin configuration is. Mine is 24v, so maybe a little different.

Hi, there you have to use the same wattage of pins or sockets, if you use diff diff wattage then they dont give synchronous output.

No idea what you are trying to say here - makes no sense from an electrical/electronics perspective. We are talking about replacing the single stock flasher with a single LED rated flasher...

LED flasher units have electronics that set the flash rate (versus the old/ancient style bimetal strip flashers) and so they don't care what the LED wattage is (even if different on the left side versus right side of the vehicle) - the flash rate will be constant.

Just thought I'd chime back in to report that I hooked it up and it works perfectly...with my regular incandescent bulbs. My HJ60 has three pinouts just like the ebay one, except labelled L, B and E. The L was in the same place as the third pin, whereas the B and E just had their positions reversed. Sooo, made up a nice harness and switched the two positions and it all worked perfectly.

Now I can hunt for LED turn signal bulbs!
