I was looking around for some inexpensive steering wheel covers and discovered one by Loncky for $59.99. The price seemed too good to be true. I read the reviews and it seemed legit. I've seen prices range from $160 (cover only) to $575 (cover and labor). Figuring I'd like to do it myself to save some money towards other things and learn new things, I went ahead and bought it. I also purchased a used steering wheel to try it.

It took about 5 hours to wrap the thing. The results are pretty good for the money and time spent! The only hardest part was stretching it on and aligning it. Also the part where it curves, it required some pulling.

Very nice. I don't see the perforated leather in the pics or it even mentioned. Did it just come perforated?

Originally it comes non perforated. In the pics it is not mentioned but if you ask the seller (Lily Woods Store), they will make it perforated. The reason why I asked for it is because I saw another person who bought it post pictures on Amazon and like the perforated look.

Looks really good! Do you a picture of it installed? I'm curious on how the different color tones match.

The steering wheel cover looks great, love the crossed stitching.
Next is the.... gear shift? The big one is easy, did that in an afternoon. The little one is a BIOTCH!

Tandy Leather, it's Italian furniture grade leather with an Ostrich embossing, I bought a 1/4 hide. I need to do my steering wheel so it matches my shift lever handles.

You should see my door sill covers...

Let me guess, they only make these repair kits for air bag steering wheels, right?

Loncky on my 96 LX450...great price for sure

Looking to purchase a kit to do my LX. I want the closest match to the original interior color, therefore I was wondering if you selected the Lexus brown or Toyota brown when ordering your kit? Please let me know! Thanks

Lexus Brown for my LX-450...its a touch lighter in color but once you start to use it, it will darken up and match nice...;)

Looks good. Does it add a noticeable difference in thickness? I'd love a beefier steering wheel.
