Has an itinerary been put out for the event? Im trying to make plans with an uncle in CO and wanted to know what time the event starts.
Not yet.

Typically it's a welcome BBQ or something around dinner time on Wednesday, trail times vary each day but normally start somewhere between 7:30am and 9:30am and will go from half to a full day. Evenings are yours to explore. Saturday evening there's typically a farewell event/dinner

Rough idea if it helps is early Wednesday evening should be the meet and greet, maybe 5-6pm. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday trail rides. Depending on how they lay it out, you may meet up with your group from 7, 8, or 9am. Trail rides go until whenever. Every ride will be different and some allow people to generally peel off if they don’t want to do a second half. Saturday evening will be the dinner to conclude to the trip.
Hope that helps

Thought my browser had refreshed and no reply. What he said! ☝️

I got the confirmation email from Eventbrite but when I log into mobile app it shows "0" for My Tickets? Is there something dumb I am doing? Shouldn't I see my ticket in the app?

I was wondering if the trail rides and schedule was listed in the app yet. I realize that sign up isn't until the 25th.
The signup for trail ride/ trail ride schedule is on a different app and I do believe the instruction to sign up trail ride will send out soon.

Eventbrite should have your record of the event ticket purchase. If you sign into eventbrite with the same user registration as you signup LCDC 2021, the app should have a record of the upcoming LCDC 2021 event. You can either add your ticket to Apple Wallet (iphone user) or save the ticket as an image. I just add the ticket to my apple wallet so I can easily retrieve the info without open eventbrite app.

Shoot me a PM with your name and email. I’ll take a look.

Best online way to evaluate trails before signup?

You can join Trails Offroad for free. They have good descriptions and some photos and typically videos as well

OnX Offroad is a sponsor and their trail guides in the app have been pretty accurate in my experience. I am a longtime GaiaGPS fanboy and I now prefer OnX Offroad. Its easier to use and download maps for offline.

Also, because the trails around Ouray are "destination" trails there tend to be a lot of videos on YouTube (mostly Heeps) than can provide a really good idea of what you are getting into on any given trail. Just beware of selective editing to make things seems more challenging and dramatic or to make the capabilities of the vehicle seem greater than they are. "It's a Heep Thing."

Progress. We're hoping to have the schedule available for preview a bit earlier than anticipated. With any luck we'll be able to share it over the weekend. Here's a screenshot as proof but don't put too much weight on the trails and times just yet.

Looking at the schedule and had a question.
Are the trails that are side by side on the schedule double runs (running both trails that day),
or did they just line up that way in the app?

Consider each block a unique trail group. The two indicated in the screenshot represents two trail groups. Each group is scheduled to run Black Bear Pass. The first meets at 8am and second at 9am.

I guess my question was more of are you running Clear lake and Black Bear pass as one set of day runs or Governor Basin and Black Bear pass as one set of day runs.
But based on your answer I will assume that they are all separate runs unless they are grouped within one block (ie Governor Basin / Sidney Basin)

Ah, I better understand what you're asking. The interface just arranges the items that way... there's no connection implied by things being side-by-side. For example, shrink the width of your browser and you'll see the the items are re-arranged.

As per the notion of combining trails, consider the trail listed as the "main event" though additional trails may be part of the day either officially or unofficially. You can get a sense of this by clicking on the trail and reading through the description.

Is Sched open yet? Its telling me the schedule is still frozen. Thought the sign up time was 9 PT?

Saturday, 26th, I believe.

I did miss an update. Cole just se me straight. I had set every device my family owns to alarm at 11 central today so I wouldn't forget....
