I purchased some stuff from Crutchfield today. They didn't have an install guide for a 2001 LX but, they did have an install guide for a LandCruiser 2000 to 2002 without Navigation. I am posting it if it helps anyone in the future.

I'm looking for a similar guide but for rear cameras, The camera I'm planning to use is a license plate light holder type. Any help would be great!
I installed a backup camera in my 2002 LX470. Used the Camera in the License Plate Holder too.
I installed a 7" Display mounted next to my shifter.
Some folks have purchased a box on Ebay that allows for the backup camera to use the
display on the Nav screen. I was going to later do that way be never got around to it.
In any case, I am happy with the display mounted on the console.
