Nice!!!

Looks like you drilled new holes in the axle/portal flanges to change pinion angle, is that correct?

Does it have any suspension lift over standard?

How did you calculate the change in pinion angle, and how much did you rotate the portal boxes with the new holes (how many degrees)?

Did you use the standard radius arms?

Do you have the conversion process written up anywhere, to go along with the photos?

Thanks.

Excellent, thankyou.

I have sent Timo an email about the mounting kit.

I notice that you also have an HZJ78, I am going to fit my portal axles to my HZJ78.

Do you know if the radius arm mounting brackets would work with the HZJ78 radius arms, are they the same as the KZJ70 radius arms?

Did the kit include anything else to mount the axles, such as a way to mount the panhard rod, steering link, coil hats, anything for rear suspension, etc.?

Thanks.

Radius arms are not the same,HZJ is thicker and KZJ have the three bolt holes in a kind of straight line.

I cut of KZJ front lower coil seats(KZJ have shocks inside coil)
Rear coil sets, panhard brackets are made by me,steering rod is 50%KZJ and 50%C303 welded together.

Just front end rear radius arm brackets whas suplied in the kit.

Excelent work!:clap::clap::clap:
I dream on these axle for my Toyota!

Thanks, welding a bumper at the moment:)

Your applause makes me work on;)

Hi could you please tell more about your parking brake.
I bought willwood park brake from Finnish offroad shop and that was piece of sh**. There wasn't enought force on that caliber. I am planing to fit vw golf rear caliber on t-case if I don't find some easier solution.
I have also been thinking line lockers but they are not street legal over here.

Could you give some example about bracking force? My willwood doesn't lock wheel almost any situation. Maybe on snow? :D

I used to have Wilwood/TML from Offroadtarvike before...

You can see the difference in size and construktion. The old one did not work at all,it rattled, get warm and was not effective att all...

The new caliper from X-eng is made for front loaders i think, wilwood looks like it made for go carts?

I can not tell how effective it is but it works excellet so far.
you can se more pictures here https://plus.google.com/u/0/?tab=iX...211405076113890640/albums/5713847707960848049

X-eng also have a pdf instruktion on its website,i hade to grind on bracket for the cable so it get free of frame and i hade to remove heat shield for exhaust and bend its bracket
