Keowee Spillway video

I was heading home from work today and I noticed we had the Keowee spillway open a little. This was to lower lake level due to all the recent rain. Here is a short video I recorded.

Is that what flows into 12 mile creek?

I'm not sure. I know it ends up in Hartwell I am not familiar with the creek names or route it uses to get there. Steve may know I heard he had some fun one time when the Hydro station was generating. This spillway flows into the same place that the Hydro Plant discharges to.
