We got our 380n UV flashlight today. Zoe and I went out scorpion hunting a few minutes ago and killed 2 big ones in the back yard. Zoe got a kick out of checking every room in the house. She thought the scorpions were cool, the way they glow. She thought they were even cooler when they got smooshed

I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my black lights. I guess Phil originally had the right idea of taking the battle to them. With my luck, I'll probably get stung for the first time in the process.

Alvin now that you can find the little F'rs how are you killing them? My weapon of choice through extensive testing is CRC's Brakleen. Great range, slow death, and once you spray them its OK if they run away or slip through the crack they will die. You dont want to let any get away once you find them.

I used some old Black Flag s*** that was in the garage. They laughed at me and threw up gang signs at me. So I went and got a stick and smashed them. I WILL be purchasing some Brakleen tonite.

Damn thats a lot of scorpions. We only found 2 on our first night. We usually see about 1 a month in the house on average.
