Thanks guys, Colin was born on Monday night at 11:49, weighed in at 8 lbs. 11 oz. and 20" long. Really didn't tatke too long, we got to the hospital at 7:30 pm, and once it started only took 11 minutes :D I will get pictures soon, he is a great kid so far.

Congrats JT:clap: Have loads of fun...

HAHA

Anyways, got the front bumper done, jsut need to paint it and figure out turn signals.

Well it has been a little while, but I got a little bit more done. Painted the front bumper and installed it, picked up another set of IFS hub bodies to modify for the front axle, 7/16" hub studs and shave to fit Tacoma rotors, also picked of another topshift transfer case to build up with 4.7 gears along with a Trail Gear twin stick setup that I got for $80 shipped on here that is brand new.

Most work will be on hold for a while until I build the addition onto the shop at our new place since I can't currently get the truck into the shop since the PO removed the garage door and replaced it with a set of double doors, plus I need to get reorganized and do some wiring.

I will be taking the 4 Runner to Motorama at the Farm Show Building in Harrisburg on February 21 and 22 to hang out with some guys from Rausch Creek, should be a fun weekend.

Well the new Corbeau Baja SS seats came in this morning, so I am going to try and get them installed sometime over the next few weeks along with the 5 point harnesses. I am trying to talk my wife into putting a cage in it over the next few months as well.

Still working on getting the shop set up to where I can get some work done on things. I have been looking into a roll up door instead of an overhead door to save some weight and room. Will be moving some dirt around to make a pad to work on out front of the building as well and then new siding and a roof coating and it should look pretty good. Then some electrical work on the inside.

Well haven't gotten too much done other than getting the seats installed. However I will now be able to beat on the 4 Runner like I wanted since I just bought this. It has 4 wheel brakes and weighs in at a comfortable weight of 1350 pounds. Alos picked up a Prodigy P3 Brake controller and a set of Mac's Tie Downs.

East Coast 4 Runner Jamboree at Rausch Creek (June 5-7, 2009) here we come :D

Where did you pick up the trailer? Good price? That's the next thing I need to start looking for.

Got it from Econo Trailer out of Claysburg, PA. Pretty close to you actually. http://www.econotrailer.com/Open.html They were great to work with and can add things if you want. Cost about $1950 with tax, but the nice part is that they are bringing it out here for free since they are bringing a bunch of trailers to the All Ford Nationals at Carlisle. This was the biggest factor for me with my schedule, since no one local had anything or could touch this price. I will be taking care of the tags and title work myself and my mechanic is going to inspect it so it is all legal and good to go.

I'm going to have to pay them a visit. I like the open floor style (nice for wrenching) and the low weight is another plus. I didn't realize they were that close.

Well we went to Rausch the other weekend for EC4RJ and had a blast. Truck wheeled great and having a trailer is so nice. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

:D When I concentrate my tongue comes out, it is a family trait actually, pretty funny all of the males on my dads side do it, my daughter does to now.

Realy impressed with what the 4 Runner can do, only complaint is that the gas tank hangs down too low. I will be working on this soon by sectioning the tank mounting brakcets and adding a 3/16" skid plate instead of the tin foil one I bent up on Stout.

When I break something :D I need to get the shop cleaned up and a garage door isntalled so I can get the truck in, or get my concrete pad poured in front of the shop now that it is level, took 6 feet of fill  Still have a few more parts to get for the SAS, but it will probably happen this fall/winter if I get the time.

Hey JT,the 4runner is really coming along nice. great pics too.Does the new 4runner pull the old one on that trailer well?....I really need to find the time to get back into this..lol

Yeah it pulls it fine, it is no full size truck, but it gets me around no problem so far. We are going up to Rausch on July 10 and 11, you should make it up and see what the FJ Cruiser can do :D

Just picked up my IFS hubs that I had turned dow so that I can run Tacoma 4x4 rotors. Now to throw a wrench into things, I will be picking up a FJ60 front axle housing to build for the front of the 4 Runner. I figure I will gain a good bit of strength in the ring and pinion department with the Landcruiser diff and gain more width. Once built I will have an axle that is 62" WMS that will go nicely with my 60" Tacoma rear axle.

Next month I will be installing a 4.7 geared t-case and twin sticks.

We are headed up to CMCC this weekend to see what we can break.
