Very nice Joe. That is the best resto that I have ever seen.

Very nice indeed Joe!
Are your rear mud flaps that mint or did you paint the letters?

Excellent job and glad to have contributed the hard line. Was it a brake line?

I remember you selling me a few minty parts Jim for cheap.
Definately the expansion line thingy and some exhaust bracketry to name a few.
What's cool is the truck has parts from Vermont to Alabama to California.
A country wide parts chain. Lol

Good question on weight. Four guys can carry it no problem. Three guys, plan your moves.:hillbilly:

I just unloaded it myself using my engine crane, some harbor freight rolling dollies and fancy rigging. My six year old and me started bolting on some exhaust brackets. Sure is nice working with clean better than new parts and new bolts.

I now need to order my OME spring set up.

I was just reading over the entire thread again.......
I wonder if the 62 frame is heavier than a 60 frame? When I purchased a new rust-free frame, I moved it with only one other guy. Granted he is 320 pounds and was a college football player, but it was not that bad to move.

Joe, That FJ looks better than some of the 100 thousand dollar resto's that i see come thur my work.
You did a amazing job on that frame. You have now inspired me to do my frame as my body is super clean nd straight, just some stone chips.

Enjoy that Cruiser with your son and family as much as you can. Anytime you want to just hang out and drink some beers and stare at her, i'll bring the beer!! Again excellent job and thats my favorite cruiser paint color. DID your bodyman mix that color up himself??

Congratulations, Joe.

Yours is the cleanest restoration I've seen. All the parts you had re-plated really set off the rest of your work, like jewelry on a beautiful woman. You've set the standard for the rest of us.

If you ever drive it north I'd love to see it in real life.

G'Day Joe,

Such An Impressive Thread, But Missing Many Photo's.
Could You Post A Few New Photos Of The Finished Rig, I Bet She's Impressive
Mate.
Hope Your Enjoying it!

Cheers Michael

Fotki me running, that's a nice looking Cruiser!

Are you keeping a parts list with all the part numbers? Would like to get some part numbers to update my cruiser. Great work by the way !!!!

Thanks.
I have a lot of part numbers but nothing in a log of some sort.
It's easier to go on something like Toyodiy.com and look up what I need or needed than keep numbers that I forget pertain to what around.
If you need some part numbers post up the parts you need.
