My 05 sport has had a squeak coming from the back when I have people in the back seats (middle or back row). It's been doing it since I got it about a year and a half ago. I just recently put some icon shocks on it and it didn't make it go away. I'm still running the airbags. I had my son bounce on the bumper while I was underneath and I could hear it but couldn't pinpoint it. Anybody else ever have this problem?

control arm bushings under load most likely. Possibly sway bar bushings

Have your son do it again while you go underneath with a long ass screwdriver or mechanics scope and try to locate where it is coming from. If you are under there an cannot tell where it is coming from, what do you think the changes are anyone on the internet will be able to tell you?

Ha! If there was any chance, it would be worth it! I saw someone with the same problem on another site and he said he went to a body shop and they found a clip on the frame rubbing against the body. They moved it and never had the problem again. He couldn't give me any more than that. Thought maybe it was a somewhat common thing.

I have the same exact issue, I had a buddy ride in the cargo area (3rd row seats removed) while I was driving. Found that it was in the cargo area just behind the passenger 2nd row seat, on the floor just below the stock subwoofer. I tried reproducing the sound by hand (which looked like a lively session of CPR) - didn't sound suspension related, but more cabin sheet metal sounding.

I'll be making some edits to the ML sound system soon and this is on the list. Will post in more detail when I figure it out.

I'm hoping you can help me. I have the same exact noise and I e spent over 15 hours combined removing things and trying to find the issue. Rear end squeaking and chirping coming from underneath where the factory subwoofer is. Please lord have a fix.
Thanks

I believe this was a common thing in 460s where the body sheet metal would chirp if the mounting bolts were tightened a specific way. I can't recall where I read all this but I do recall someone retorquing their seats and finding a spot behind the front passenger seat that was making the noise.
