ISO manifold file for 2H cylinder head

HI all, Im in the process of building my own custom turbo manifold and I was wondering if anyone here happens to have a CAD file or similar of the 2H's cylinder head exhaust manifold flange pattern. Or if anyone knows where I can purchase this type of bare flange.
