Hi folks: Looking to purchase this LC. Got the undercarriage photos from the person.. not sure if this of any concern, please see the pics below. Please advise. thank you.

Looks great. Tiny transfer case rear output shaft seal leak (and maybe one on the front output shaft seal as well
if the saturation on the crossmember is a sign) but literally nothing scary at all. IMHO

Many have success buying time with AT-205 additive.
