Cole, are you running 4.88's with a pre 2016 third member? That may be the difference?

Thank you for your inquiry. Although new ELocker fitments were announced for Land Cruisers, the 2020 is not a supported fitment.

We have been in contact with ARB, Terrain Tamer, Nitro, Harrop, Eaton and others. Once we have a definitive answer, we will share the info.

Here's what we know for sure:
Any 200 up to 6/2019 can be outfitted with Harrop or ARB front & rear lockers. Both rear lockers can also be installed on newer 200s. The front diff carrier changed part number in 06/2019 which seems to incorporate a different ring gear flange location.
It is possible to install either locker if the vehicle is re-geared with an aftermarket gear set ( this has been done with 4.30 gears from Nitro ).
We're looking into possibly being able to install either front locker ( ARB or Harrop ) with the factory 3.307 gears in a 2020 …….. as far as we know right now, nobody has done so yet.

I'd be interested if there is a solution for a front locker without re-gear.
Currently have a rear ARB on factory gears. Would prefer ARB just because that is what I have on the rear, but if someone else has the solution so be it.

Yeah, Georg swapped my original third member with a 2015 third member. I think they also custom machined a pinion spacer for the rear though the Nitro kit comes with that part now for the 2016+ fitment. It was definitely a learning experience for everyone

The post-6/2019 (MY2020+) OE carrier has a larger flange than the pre-6/2019 (MY2016-MY2019) OE carrier. Also the post-6/2019 has a beveled edge. Overall height is the same. I am confident in saying that the only way to lock the front diff on a MY2020+ is by regearing. I will post a video and some better pics up close.

I may have missed it but were you able to compare ring gear thickness of an OE MY16 era with a MY20?
For many the 3.90 ratio would be perfect with a heavy 200, larger tires and the 8spd. Those diffs/gears are much easier to come by. 4.10/4.30/4.88 all being options too.

Any idea why Toyota made the change? Is the new design stronger due to the larger flange?
My 2019 LC200 was made in March 2019...so, i do not have this new carrier, right?
