I’ve done it because I changed my rear springs multiple times since installing my Iron Man Pros. No way I’d subject myself to the beat down of that top bolt.
Just jack the axle up and down until you get the pin where it needs to be.
Also you can go flex your truck out and see if it’s hitting. If not leave it alone

I just bought a 22mm ratcheting wrench and did both of mine in less than an hour with a big set of vice grips on the top of the shock.

Looks like mine have been backwards for all this time. No marks on the shocks from hitting the axle.

Hi Nolan, Great question. I just checked our most current product list and there is for sure no comfort valving listed for the 100 series shocks. I do know that the valving on all of our Foam Cell Pro shocks has been updated recently. We have made some nice refinements to balance the way our shocks work as a full system.

Did they get softer or firmer?
It depends on the vehicle and really varies across the board. Also, the other big factor in ride quality will be the springs. Make sure to have a spring that is proper for the payload requirements of the vehicle. Hope this helps!

They are consistent for me at all stages. I am a very heavy rig but they are the best shock I have ever dealt with on 100 series.

Mines are consistently bad. Both low and high speed compression feels like the suspension is welded together & can feel every little crack in my back. It would be great for a racetrack cruiser though

i run Pro on my 100, 55 and 60. All ride great. Not progressive.
