My updated 2000

Many thanks to those on the forum. Since my purchase I've used the boards to replace lights, a side view mirror, add mud flaps in front and finally tires.

Nice looking 100. I like that color, wish I could have got that.

New Here

New to the Toyota Landcruiser world and got myself a 1993 stocker. I've always loved these trucks and finally found one for a good deal last year. It does not have lockers and is an unmolested stocker. My lady commutes in it the most, and I ride my motorcycle to work. I plan on adding some new springs (sag from age) and some quality shocks soon to go along with a set of 285/75/16's. I live in Chandler and have done a ton of wheeling in the military in rough terrain all over the world from african desert to frozen mountains in Norway in just about every vehicle we strapped guns to. This will be my first time doing it stateside as a civilian though ;)

Here she is last summer when I got her.

 welcome

chk out the thread for the meet on the third Friday of each month. Hopefully you can come out ~

Thanks for the invite! My 80 is bone stock though so I'm not sure if it'll be able to hang with some of the modded trucks I've seen on this site. When I get proper tires and shocks/springs it'll be more worthy, unless stockers are welcome too

Welcome....Any landcruiser is always welcomed, stock or not..

Welcome! The meet that Murf was referring to, is in a parking lot in Tempe, so easily doable in a sedan. Lots of stock cruisers have made it.:hillbilly:

Yeah, Ive been known to understate what constitutes stocker friendly :meh: :hillbilly:

rookie, newbie--whatever, the name is well deserved

My name is Jess and am in Mesa. Recently bought a 1994 fzj80 and just blew out the head gasket last week. Looking to get that worked out.

Sorry to hear about your HG
Make things better by introducing yourself to MURF. He can help you get your HG problem worked out at a fair price.

New LX in Chandler

I posted this on the main site but needed to get it on the local board. Picked up my 97 LX a week ago today from a MUD member (sticker...sweet) from San Mateo. He met me in Pasadena. 134K miles.

Obviously has front ARB and rear Kaymar, a huge upgrade from a cost standpoint. He put in rear air bags (one leaks) and OME front shocks, these were about 90K miles ago though. Stock springs. Plan to take running boards off and lift. Wife said leave them on for kids (10 and 5). The great news is she loves it too, she will have one of her own someday.

Just detailed (8/23). Needs tires (315s). Just installed modded blue fan clutch and painted gold emblems.
