Except, you must mean, at break up when all the tanker trucks are stuck belly deep in slick muck on a road wide enough for a unicycle. ;)

That's in the Peace Country, the rest of the province has to deal mostly with logging trucks. The Best thing about BC is the terrain is different in every area, you got the mud in the Peace, the huge mountains near the coast (Oh and the ocean) and in the kootenys with mainly rock and gravel, and just for kicks you got the desert in the middle south. BC is kick ass! But then this is the only place I know, other places can be just as cool.

ditto, no web access so i couldn't bring up your phone number...
we will be back down, i have land to buy and a shop to build so i will be down for a bit next time...
cheers

no definate plans at this point but we need a storage area in Ontario for trucks, we could rent but that just doesn't make any sense since i can build a building cheaper than renting for a year...
cheers

I know what you mean, I've never liked renting, seems like you are just flushing money down the toilet! On the other hand you gotta spend money to make money. I hope everything works out for ya, I definitaly will continue to get things I need, from you, as much as possible anyway.

You wouldn't happen to have a nice rear licence plate light hood kicking aroud would ya? Mine has been painted and is pretty rotten underneath, I'm of cousre still interested in a reconditioned oil pan also.

I'm slowly getting the cruiser ready for the winter, I put in a new sliding window frame, rubber and sash, and some weather stripping, I was amazed at how easy it was to do, I love having a truck that was made to be worked on. I just wish Toyota's prices were a little cheaper, but I think every dealers like that, I'm just not used to buying factory parts.

cheers
Eric

Ditto here.

We took a 3 week surf trip down there (CR) last summer and it was great. I would love to take a cruiser down there and explore Nicaragua and Panama also. Lots of good surf in Panama. (or so I've been told)

My 12 year old son is taking Spanish in jr. high right now so hopefully he could make up for my lame Spanish skills. :-)
