Intermittent Saw noise from Lx570 at idle (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have a 2013 LX570 141K miles. I get this weird rattling noise at low RPMs. I'm using Ow20 oil and overall there are no issues with drivability and this noise is very annoying. It usually happens when I'm going really slow or idling like at a drive-through or something but it might even happen at other RPMs I just can't hear it. It's also intermittent it like starts and stops sometimes correlating directly with high idling at idle but I'm not really sure as I haven't really done a scientific test. Any idea as to what this could be or where else I should check to get answers thanks.

Sounds like a Saw noise and happens at temperature and at cold.

Turns out it was a heat shield that fell apart due to rust used a hose clamp to fix it if anybody else stumbles upon this issue.

I just noticed the same exact sound yesterday on a road trip. Where is the heat shield located?
