Interior Middle Dome Light Question (1 Viewer)

Hey does anyone know how to access the 4 bulbs on the same trim as the rear entertainment screen on 2013? Talking about the 2 dome and 2 spotlights that are up there, I’m swapping out for LED. I’ve searched around and can not find squantch!

IIRC I just used a putty knife to pop the plastic lens off.
