Interchangeable Part #s LX vs LC "Project De-Bling" (1 Viewer)

Wondering if any of you fine folks knows if the color-coded door handles from a late model LC can be swapped on an LX570? I love the look of the blacked out handles. Toyota part #s 69210-60260, 69210-60110 vs. Lexus part # 69210-60280.

Not sure if they changed year to year, but as long as the door handles have the rubber pushers you should be ok.

That was my initial thought, just curious why there seems to be a wiring pigtail on the Lexus one and not the Toyota one...

The Lexus one should be able to unlock/lock all doors from any door. Not sure all 200 Land Cruisers had this option from the beginning.

I found the covers online in primer that you could paint. If you look around hard enough you can find all 4 unpainted with the cutouts for the lock button. The disassemble from the "smart grab" electronics very easily.

I ended up just wrapping mine:

Plastic-dip works great. Total project time was 3 hours. Did 7-8 light coats and taped off the back of the handle where the "smart" part of the unlock is.
