Insulator plate for Holley 2300 carb on 2F

Hello, Does anyone know where I can get a new insulator plate for the Holley 2300 carb conversion on a 2F. When removing mine carb I noticed a crack in mine.

Or is this part not even needed?

Glue, then D/T pin across the crack with like all thread set in glue.

Is the cracked isolator the original 2f carb isolator with the Sniper adapter on top?
Show a side view of the plates when you get the pics.
