Looks awesome. Nice job.

another LX
Looks really, really good Juan.

i am so jealous of all the LX's getting lifted up and looking so good. Hopefully one day I will finish mine up. What made you decide on the 4" versus the 6" ? I am still on the fence about that as well. Oh, here's a not so distant wave from a semi local neighbor in the bay area :D

Hi and thanks!

I decided to go this route because everyone I ran into was running a 4 inch and 35's. They all had great thing to say about it. But then again there where a few that ran the 6 inch and they too were happy with it. I went this route because I could run 35 without any issues and still fit it in my garage.

Let me know when you get your lift, I can lend you a hand no problem!

Looks good. Are you still running 285's in the picture?

You make it sound like a piece of cake to change the suspension. My OME springs are in the wrong side (A and B are opposite of what they should be), so I have to swap them.

About how long do you think it takes to swap only the springs? Do you have to take the shocks off to do this?

Thanks for the offer Juan. Soon as i can decide on the lift that is, I will let you know. I live in Fremont, so I am not terribly far from your area.

Jon.

Hey you were at Oysterfest! I don't think we really talked much. I was busy eating. I believe you had not ever had an oyster before correct? I was the dude with the black dog and red FJ62. I'm also on the Google SF Overlander group. I believe you had not ever had an oyster before correct?

Your truck looks awesome! Nice job.

Yes that was me. Those oysters were something else.

I had to try it, ended up eating 2. But 2 was my limit!

Thanks

I dig the blacked-out look.

oysters...

Juan, you are a much braver man than I.
I do hope you enjoyed them. I had family things to do this year which, for the first time in many years, caused me to miss the PMC swap meet. It sure would have been good to see all the old timers and meet the new ones.

Jon.

I hear you,

This was really my first intro in to the norcal group! all though having hung out with them also at Pismo and the no snow run where my truck was broken in, this time had a more personal feel to it. Even my wife enjoyed the PMC meet and the oysters fest at the end. This was the first time my wife had ever joined me on a meet and she enjoyed every bit of it. Now she's asking when's the next trip? The landcruiser crowd knows how to really welcome an outsider and turn him/her out!

Thanks

-Juan

Hey Juan, I have an LX450 also, and am trying to retrofit HID headlights. Would you please share the source of your headlight assemblies and how difficult it was to install them? Are they 80-series assemblies or LX450?

3 hrs for springs shocks sway bar drops caster and brake lines? What are you, a magician? Nice job.

what difference does it make? OP isnt asking for RTH or opinions.
