Looks nice! Like The Offspring advised, you gotta keep 'em separated. This was a very worthwhile project for me and bet you're surprised how much oil ends up in the can.

Might have missed it in the thread, but wondering if anyone has found whether or not any particular design of oil catch can is more efficient than another??

I've looked at dozens of catch cans online with prices all over the price but they all look (externally at least) about the same. So wondering if the internal design of the baffles/flow path are all that much different between brands, sizes, shapes, etc, etc??

Since the design is so simple, I see no reason to pay high for this.
Air and oil comes in, oil drops to the bottom, air without oil exits from the top. Simple physics.
So the only differences are material and size.

No.
Got in installed yesterday, got Corona, got in bed...

I think the most important variable is the amount and type of filtering material you use inside the can.

Stainless scotch brite netting 1/4 cup every oil change. 52g from 3k mi today, thick bottom layer

So after 12 years, I finally retired the original oil separator. The plastic was getting brittle,
o-ring was rock solid and the hoses were cracking. Went with an eBay special. It was sold as a unit for a Hellcat. It came with the bracket and fittings. I simply bent and twisted the bracket and it fits perfectly!
