Import source for 75 series (1 Viewer)

I'm heading down the rabbit hole again, who is a good import source for 75 series truck. As I understand it, you can get them RHD from the middle east. Anyone done this before?

Youre right, I'm looking for a LHD not a JDM RHD. You'd think after 42 years I'd stop getting my left and right confused.

Crew cab; as in 4 door? Not possible to the US. Not old enough.

Edit: lol. Actually the 75 was never offered in a 4 door so that kinda goes without saying.

There were 75-series 4-door conversions made in South Africa and Australia, but those tended to be for mine use and are well used at this point. Finding a decent one won't be easy. High roof JDM double cab fire trucks are available too, but these will all be RHD. Toyota didn't make a double cab 70-series pickup for general sale until 2012.
