Simply put: stay away from Colombian trucks. They may look good but they are not worth your time, let alone your money.
Land Cruisers from other South American countries have lived hard lives. However, one out of ten may be salvageable. Finding this one usually requires an in-person close look and help from someone who knows the locals.
Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.

It seems that these trucks are used like mules in Central/South America and when broken, quickly and cheaply put back together to see another abusive day until they're eventually put out to pasture. The surprise to the locals is that the North Americans would want them after all that, so an industry has developed to pretty them up and ship 'em up north to customers with unfortunately higher expectations than a pretty new coat of lipstick.
