Bought this Conferr frame mount tool box for my 40 series some years back. No rust, in good shape except the hinge appears to be broken or sprung. You can see how the top remains open a bit in the first couple of pictures. Someone added a clasp to hold it closed. This works ok. If I had the skills, I would have cut off the hinge and add a new one. This is beyond my skill set. $150. this is heavy, but will ship on your dime. Sweet Betty the cat helped with photos. She's not included 
Price update -$75 obo plus shipping. When I bought this I didn't know it was not working properly. I hate to lose money but would rather someone use this instead of it just sitting around.
