Got it!
2009 Black and tan with 30,000 miles.
No pics, to dark out. it will probably mid next week before I can get pics at it as I am going underground for the next few days (not really, but going fishing, so I'll be busy).

Needs tires right away and weathertech mats. Other than that, a good detail (to get the other owner's stink out) and that's it for now.

Congrats on the new ride. Can you share how much you got it for?

Almost pulled the trigger a month ago on a green '08 with 22,000miles for the same price...only problem is that it had grey interior and I really wanted tan.

So far I have changed front brake pads, added BFG ATs and painted the front grille black (I think it should be this way from the factory, the grey and chrome bits didn't go).

Like the black grille. May do that on mine.

It was easy peasy!
I took the grille off, then the chrome surround. I left the Toyota emblem (it seems to be mounted on, probably with double sided tape) and just sprayed the inner pc without taping anything off. The beauty of the product I used, once it's dry, you can peel it off. So that is what I did with the emblem. Look it up:

The guy is awesome, and will ship right away no problems. I had it around from my last car. Plastidip is great, even for wheels. I find that it hold up better than normal paint (which would chip after the first bit of road debris hits my grille).

BTW Chimyz, how are the 3 car seats fitting across the back of your new 200? Are they bumping each other at all?

Graco base for infant seat on one side, full Britax child seat/booster (it's big) on the other side and I found a narrow (12" wide across bottom) booster. The oldest does have to work a little to get the seatbelt in, but no complaints from him yet. It is tight'ish but it is definitely doable in my case. I'll try and get some pics up soon.

The booster does rub against the Britax convertable car seat/booster, but like I said, that seat is really big.

Marc, check out the Recaro Boosters.... Good/adjustable for up to 80 lbs or so.... I know where you can steal some new ones (the ultimate now discontinued ones) cheap. My kiddos (4 and 7) both use them.

I know about these. Was originally going to get them, but not approved for Canada? My wife s*** the door on that pretty quickly.

The Start caught flak for originally being recommended for riders that are far to young for it (so perhaps this is why Canada doesn't ceritfy?)... like 9 months and up.... who would place a 9 month old in a 3 point belt. Heck, I think everyone should wear a 4 or 5 point harness every day, but it's not practical... until one crashes. I digress.... if there are other issues with the seat, I am unaware of them. Time for more digging.

Tethering is no biggie...I guess it was the age discrepancy that wouldn't allow it for Canada. I think I also heard somewhere that they wouldn't submit them for crash testing to the CSA (Canadian Standards Association), but this is all speculation and hearsay.

We are pretty set with the boosters I found, not too bad actually. I need to get a pic up for those with kiddies and who care.
