OK, so I know it's an easy one, but it's the first time I have fixed anything on a truck by myself (usually Dan is the one "helping" which means he won't let me touch anything - Love you little brother
).
The truck just didn't start on Wed. I figured the fuel pump was dead. The PO put an electric fuel pump in and it wasn't doing that clicking thing it is supposed to do. I went to the autoparts store in town (GREAT place, local fellas run it, they will help you with anything - good people to know, and they wheel!) and picked up a fuel pump. Figured out that it needed 4-6 psi for the F engine from the repair manuals I have, and off I went. I drenched myself and the carport in gas, but that's cause I didn't pinch the line from the tank enough. But anyway...I know it's probably boring for y'all given your massive amounts of cruiser knowledge, but for me...it's a start!!
