Shot an email to Toyota Dubai part department with all the flares part no given to the sale person.
They have some indent parts from Japan which took about 2 weeks lead time.
When all the parts were ready for collection, I gave a call to my friend who travel once a month to Dubai to collect on my behalf.
BTW, when they do make indent order from Japan, you're required to pay a deposit of 10% of the amount. However, they didn't do to me as I was so far away from them.
