2010 LX570, with engine on or off there is a constant, low volume humming, pump like sound. Can't hear with radio on and doesn't sound like its coming from engine compartment. Anyone ever hear something like this? Where was it coming from? Thanks for reply...Flats

Did you install LED headlights?
If so, they have little cooling fans that you can hear...although that certainly is in the engine vicinity.

Check your cool box? Noisy fan?

Does it only happen when engine is running? -Or can it be heard with power/AC on but engine off? Or power on, AC off, engine off?

Fuel pressure pump? Rear a/c fans? Alien radio signals in your head only you can hear?

Engine on and off with power on...No LED headlights...No cool box....Thanks

Does it make a difference whether you are in accessory mode power but without AC power?
If you can compare the two non-running power modes, it might help you identify whether it's a vent fan, or perhaps a stuck motor in the AC/vent/recirculation system.

Start pulling fuses until it stops. Report back.

Are the rear air vents in roof all the way closed? Mine will squeal if one of the kids closes only one all the way. Drives me nuts.
