Worst nut on the truck. Although, I've never taken out the transmission . I've also heard that some of the body mount are a pain. I'm going to leave the rear lift hook off mine. I'm going to keep it, I'll put it back on or lift without it if the engine has to come out. You can't get to that back bolt with the damn lift hook on. I've heard that the rear hook was put in more for the factory installation than for the individual pulling it.
