I can make some more with enough interest.

Where is the interest? -
∙ Just the mounting brackets est. $33
∙ Mounting brackets and fan est. $135
∙ Mounting brackets, fan, switch, and wiring (includes everything needed to complete) est. $170
I am up for the complete fan kit setup. I am local and can pickup.

Yes, I'd like a [whole] kit too please. we're wimps in Sac, it's only 107 here

I would like in on the bracket and possibly the wiring components. Plan on ordering an OEM fan.

@bluesquirrel Yes good call. After reading through this I saw that I expressed interest, totally forgot about it. PM coming soon @LandCruiserPhil

2003 - 2007 Condenser Fan Mounting Brackets - Includes everything you need to mount your aftermarket or OEM 100 series fan(pictured below)
This is a super strong set up just like what comes on a 1998-2002 Land Cruiser or LX470 from the factory

IMPORTANT -
What an Aux Fan will do. - Adding an Aux fan will help your cooling sitting in traffic or low speed wheeling. Is will also help keep your AC blowing cold is the same conditions.
What it will not do - If your Cuiser/LX is overheating THIS WILL NOT HELP

2 - 10.9 JIS flanged bolts for mounting fan
2 - Heavy duty washers
1 - 10.9 JIS flanged bolt for bracket mounting
1 - 10.9 JIS Flanged Serrated nut
2 - Fan Bushings - I make these because OEM fan bushings are no longer available but they do come with an OEM fan (~$225)
1 - Fan mounting bracket with welded captured nut painted in textured black
Mounting instructions (drilling of 1 - ~5/16" hole required)

Will be available on our web site later today and ready for immediate shipping

Web site price $33 shipped anywhere is the 48 US states

Save $5 for local cash and carry. (PM me for any time pickup)

Add $100 for aftermarket DEPO fan with plug connection

If you choose you can purchase an OEM Toyota fan 388590-60030 from others Avg cost $225. I currently run both (OEM & DEPO) and had no problems with either.

I will be working on a 100% plug and play wiring harness, all ends terminated, fuses, and LED lighted switch for the non electrical minded - 1 banana. Power for this kit will be key "on" but controlled by a LED Switch. Est. cost $50

Post your interested if you would like a 100% plug and play idiot proof wiring harness. Power for this kit will be key "on" but controlled by a LED Switch.

Pre 2003 all 100 and LX470 came with one fan and the AC system was excellent under the hottest conditions. Not sure what you would expect to gain going with two.
i wouldn't mind adding another fan just to cool the truck Phil. while I get that its not the fix, i'm tired of chasing my issue. it was hot here yesterday but i was still able to get my truck to 219.7 at idle. i don't have anything else that i can replace to fix this, ac cuts out at 220. thrown away many good parts trying to remedy my situation.....and added one good fan kit.
My next step is to wire my aux fan to compressor power instead of manual dash switch.

This is how I would like to have my aux fan. I want to install it and forget it.
have to. i installed for cooling concerns. doesn't work well for this. won't cool the truck, only holds the current temp a bit longer...keeps it from rising. needs to be on from the beginning and you can't forget to turn it off!!!!

There are many ways to wire an AUX fan some more complicated than others.

With that said our goal is 100% plug and play requiring 1 banana and no electrical knowledge for an successful installation.

100% Plug and Play Wiring Kit has 2 options, power with or without key on or off to keep it simple.

No worries on leaving the fan on if you choose the key on power option.

Will be available by the end of the week.

Any questions?

You don't think those fans will burn out if they are running 100% of the key on? Im currently running it on a toggle but want to move it to compressor power so it doesn't run the whole time. IE winter when I don't need it. I also thought about running an interference switch to kill it from key on power when I choose to. thoughts Phil?

They make electric fan temp switches that flip on/off at specific temps for ~$10.

I have been trying to burn one up:grinpimp: Because they are said to have a lifetime guaranty.

I run the exact same fan on my 80 and it runs 95% of the time this time of the year. With my solar power I rarely shut it off even when the 80 is not running I just let it run to reduce heat soak. I do shut it off at the end of the day. :)

The fan is switched and you can use switched or unswitched power so you have the choices. Again the fan is not needed during normal driving its when you are in heavy traffic or low speed wheeling that you want and need it.

The way the factory wired it for the 99-03 is to run when the compressor runs. This can be done but requires a relay and more than one banana wiring. My goal is a plug & play for the DIY guy without electrical knowledge. If you are comfortable with electrical wiring you have a lot of options and dont need what Im offering.

Correct along with a ton of other option some better than other for the guy that is comfortable with wiring. Not ever one has your skills.;)

Already contacted Phil that I'll be getting one, more confirmation on Sunday while running around with boys doing errands, in and out of a couple of stores while they waited the a/c got warm for the first time since owning (3 years). Tough for any vehicle when 115, this fan would have been perfect.

@LandCruiserPhil

You should include an option on your site for those of us who are electrically challenged to buy the whole package (fan, brackets, and wiring for dummies) ;)
