Nice work, sure makes a big difference when you keep the factory radious. Those all look good. I think having a blade in the metal, ie.. jig saw, air recip saw ect. would give some stability VS. a plasma for keeping a straight line. The pastic edge idea is good but it holds moisture aginst the metal. I did a spring flip yesterday, so I am cutting mine this weekend.

Well, on Rez's advice i followed his method but trimmed more on the back end. I'll post pics. I still haven't flexed it out yet to see if i'm getting any rubbing. I think it turned out pretty dang good.

Thanks for the great pictures with details, I plan on cutting mine this spring, now I have a plan!

Nice job. This post will be helpful for me in the future. Keep up the good work.

Nice work!
Just an aside: If one is running wider than 12.5 sat 14.5" MAddogs then they will also rub on the inner fender well. Actually under extreme flex the downward protruding, standing seam of the tub/fender well junction will shave/cut the tire side wall. Recommend dollying over the seam to allow the tire to make contact w/o damage.
Again nice clean job. Curious: Will did you have enough clearance to allow for the planned reinforcing bead install?

There is a pneumatic flanging tool for creating a 90* flange alla wheel well reinforcement bead. A bead roller will also work but most would be "inconvenient" to use in this application.
