I have all my body mount bolts out except the four along the rear sill. Those are harder to get to, so I saw on mud that a lot of people just take a sawzall to them. I threw on a brand new metal blade and gave it a go, but the rubber around the bolts seemed to burn and dull the blade pretty quick. I'm sure I'm doing this wrong, so any tips, tricks or direction provided would be appreciated. Thanks, fellas.

I used an oscillating tool vs. a sawzall. It has less movement and was easier to control than my sawzall. I think I used two blades for the 4 mounts.

Diablo blades. Like buhduh

I like Lenox blades. Maybe one of those induction heaters and rattle gun. Kroil them a couple times for several days first. Whack them with a punch and BFH severtimes to help break the corrosion bond first.

Does anyone have any detailed pictures or the body mounts before and after the body was installed. Mainly the pads over the axle and aft mounts at the bumper?

Just trying to get an image in my head on what the should look like. Especially the two angle bracket riveted to the frame and the orientation of the body when installed.

I am looking to see how the body mount bracket #3 and #4 interface with body structure.
