hi, does anyone have a tip on how to run two 6awg wires to the back? I’m on the driver side and cannot figure out how to run it past the central pillar where the driver seatbelt mounts. Thank you !

Thank you @TonyP, I did remove the sills, just could get past the seatbelt assy, I’ll try the coat hanger trick.

It's doable, but always kind of a pain because you can't really see what you're trying to get around. I've run three different wires just above the white conduit up and inward. If you have patience, you'll eventually get it through so you can attach and pull wires. Ralph (@RET2) and I did this again a month or so ago. I'm kind of amazed they didn't leave a clearer pull-path...but it's doable. Just a bit fiddly.

Good to know. I tried for about 30 min yesterday and I thought I would better asked if it’s doable. I’ll try going up and use the coat hanger

Just pull off the lower B-pillar trim. 14mm bolt and a wire clip and it's off. Then you have all kinds of room. The 200 is the easiest vehicle I've ever wired.

I have 2x 6ga, ham speaker, ham mic, ham display, 4x16ga all with mesh loom. No problemo. Ham speaker is mounted directly in front of overhead rear entertainment. For that, do not route down the B-pillar or you will block the side curtain air bag. Instead, route along sunroof, under PS visor, and down A-pillar in front of the handle.

Also, FWIW, if you have a FTM-400DR the speaker requires a stereo male connector. If you lose the factory adapter (as I did) you can easily make your own by splicing a stereo pigtail into a mono extension cable. The stereo allows for two separate speakers in case you want to monitor each channel separately.

X2 just don’t be intimidated by the pillar trim it’s faster to pop it off than dick around trying to fish a wire through for sure...

The little trim piece just slides up. Here you can see the clips and seatbelt bolt:

Thank you guys, I made it :)
Removing the pillar trim was the trick. I couldn’t make it work with just the door sill. Hopefully I’ll have the arb fridge up and running tomorrow night
