How do you remove side molding on 100 series? (2 Viewers)

I searched and couldn't find this information. I have a 2005 Land Cruiser inside moldings are faded like everyone's. I plan to replace them with some knock offs I found on eBay. Does anyone know if these are held on with clips or adhesive or both?

Both, body adhesive along the top and bottom, clips down the middle.

Are the side moldings mounted with double sided tape or plastic tabs that would leave a bunch of holes.
