Here is that pic....from the Chassis and Body manual 1974 or so priniting. You can see the '66/'67 style gas door and some sweet sweet gifu nectar under the wheel wells. :) The brow looks sort of stubby so I'd say it's a '67.

I wish I could find some of those Dunlop RK3 in a 15"...

I think I have all the mounts for these flaps... in mint shape too.. its cool to see what they looked like. I'd take a set.. but not for another year

Dug out the mud flap mounts that I took off the LV. These were off the rear.

I dont know if someone at toyota was drunk or perhaps disoriented, as the rivits that go through the flaps are on opposite sides.

This is right rear and left rear pics.

Well rather than start a new thread, I'll just add on to this one.

Here are some more pics of these before taking them off.

Does anyone else notice a rivit hole or rivit behind the gas cap?

Looking on ebay, these rivits look to line up with the flaps.

Looks nothing like the original in the picture.. Perhaps these are the early year flaps? can anyone go out and look at their trucks?

mike-

those are not oe flap supports. front flaps bolt to bottom of fender, rear have a stamped support "AW" in landpimps images.

i only saw them on 1963/4 trucks and on non us later model versions.

I would say,not stock and not what I would call mint either ;)

Ya... It had been a while since it took them off. I thought they were in better condition.

Looks to be a sorted out issue.

Case Closed

These new Gifu mudflaps appeared once on eBay, but I haven't seen them for sale since - any idea where they can be purchased?

Steve

thats what I was told by "someone" in the know.............;)

Not sure if they are for sale yet. We tried to start a rumor that Foxfab was selling them. :D

I would like to buy a few sets for sure.

I will have some in my little hands next week. I'll post up that they're available when I have em. But I don't want to take orders till I have em. I will have to figure out shipping and I'll get a firm price, but they'll be much less than what they were listed on Ebay for. :D
