Ok, so I have a Toyota van (a 4x4 Hiace) which shares a lot of stuff with the Hilux. I want to raise the van, and I think an Add-a-leaf pack would be a good start, also because of the load to the van (it is used as a camper van).

Can anyone share the dimension of the leafs of a Hilux or Tacoma or 4Runner or T100? I think they all use the same leafs, and I expect it to be similar to my Hiace. So I can order an Add-a-leaf kit for my van, which is actually ment for Hilux or other. (they don't make any kits for my van)

What I'm looking for is leaf width (like 60mm) and height (thickness), as well as the width/thickness of the centerbolt. Then I could compare it to mine.

Thanks in advance.

While it is possible somebody here could help you, the folks over at the Tacoma/4Runner forum could do a better job.

I think the Hiace will cross over to Hilux parts much better than the Tacoma or T100. What year is the Hiace? I notice quite a few of the ones around here have the same parts as my 1990 truck.

Yeah it's a 1994 model, so from 1990 to 1996. It shares a lot with the Hilux, although a lot of parts are a bit different.

I just measured the leafs, and they are 60mm in width. Thickness varies between the leafs.
U-bolt inner size is 76mm, same as with Hilux axles. (or short LJ70 landcruiser)

So I think 60mm is the regular size for all lighter trucks (not the big Landcruisers), so all T100 / Hilux / 4Runner / Tacoma, at least in the 90's.

I couldn't really measure the centerbolt, without taking it apart. It's probably easier to order the right centerbolt via the dealership and measure it :D
I'm expecting it to be 14mm in thickness, which I'm expecting is the same for hilux / 4runners etc. But it would be good to know for sure, before I order such an add a leaf package.

I also e-mailed Tuff country for the dimensions on their add-a-leaf packet, but they didn't reply.
