Pie was done in a convection oven. It's a perfect cooking sumbeach.

Turkey was cooked on the barrel smoker charcoal, pecan and cherry woods. I did finish her off on the weber....

I like the Creole Garlic on pork. I always use the Creole Butter on bird. Yours looks great tho.
